Disney opened the new gondola system on September 29, 2019 and it is truly the "most Magical flight on Earth! The themed gondola cars comfortably accommodate up to ten guests in a continuous, slowly moving service connecting the Pop Century, Art of Animation, Caribbean Beach, and Riviera Resorts to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The ease of this new transport option has greatly increased the popularity of the resorts located on it's path.
The ride to either park can be completed in less than 11 minutes! This is a huge timesaver and a great way to end your day with one last ride! Please note that there might be longer lines right at park opening or right at park closing. Even with a line, this new method of transportation is quick, efficient, and fun! It is not restricted to guests staying at these resorts, you can definitely hop on to either park hop or just to take a faster route to the Boardwalk area, or even to just get a quick view of these beautiful resorts and parks. Definitely a must do and game changer for Disney transportation!
